*HST is payable on all fees. Boardroom booking and catering are extra for in-person mediations.

If mediation cancelled more than 30 days prior to the mediation no charges will apply. 

If the mediation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the scheduled mediation date, a cancellation fee plus disbursements and HST is applicable. 

CANCELLATION FEES:

Half-Day: $300
Full-Day: $600

**Rescheduling is permitted and cancellation fee will be waived provided that the notification of the need to reschedule is provided not less than 20 days before the mediation.
